S\u2019ils remettent en question l&#8217;occupation isra\u00e9lienne, ils imaginent chacun \u00e0 leur mani\u00e8re des sc\u00e9narios futurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><em>A Space Exodus<\/em>&nbsp;pousse l&#8217;id\u00e9e de d\u00e9racinement de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 palestinienne \u00e0 l&#8217;extr\u00eame en projetant le premier Palestinien, et femme, sur la lune, cr\u00e9ant ainsi une perspective extraterrestre de la situation politique actuelle.&nbsp;<em>Nation Estate<\/em>&nbsp;d\u00e9voile une histoire sombre o\u00f9 l&#8217;ensemble de la population palestinienne est regroup\u00e9e dans un unique gratte-ciel, chaque ville \u00e9tant confin\u00e9e \u00e0 un \u00e9tage sp\u00e9cifique. Dans le dernier volet,&nbsp;<em>In the Future They Ate from the Finest Porcelain<\/em>, une cheffe de la r\u00e9sistance narrative entreprend une guerre arch\u00e9ologique dans l&#8217;espoir d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9 d&#8217;assurer l&#8217;avenir de son peuple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>En utilisant le langage de la science-fiction, la trilogie de Larissa Sansour pr\u00e9sente une vision dystopique de la Palestine, et par extension d\u2019un Moyen-Orient, au bord de l\u2019apocalypse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Biographie de l\u2019artiste&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e9e \u00e0 J\u00e9rusalem-Est, Sansour (PS\/DK) a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les beaux-arts \u00e0 Copenhague, Londres et New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le Danemark \u00e0 la 58e Biennale de Venise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle a r\u00e9cemment expos\u00e9 en solo \u00e0 la Whitworth Gallery de Manchester, \u00e0 KINDL \u00e0 Berlin, \u00e0 Copenhagen Contemporary au Danemark et \u00e0 Dar El-Nimer \u00e0 Beyrouth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Biographie de l\u2019intervenant&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Joan Grandjean est assistant et doctorant \u00e0 l\u2019Unit\u00e9 d\u2019arabe de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Gen\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis 2017, il travaille \u00e0 une th\u00e8se de doctorat qui s\u2019intitule : &#8220;Et si&#8230; des &#8216;futurismes arabes&#8217; en histoire de l\u2019art ?&#8221;. Il \u00e9tudie plusieurs ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes d\u2019adaptation des genres de l\u2019imaginaire, notamment de la science-fiction et de la repr\u00e9sentation du futur dans des pratiques artistiques individuelles et collectives, afin d\u2019interroger la place des \u00ab futurismes arabes \u00bb dans l\u2019art contemporain mondialis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En parall\u00e8le de ces activit\u00e9s, il fait partie des membres fondateurs de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.manazir.art\/\">Manazir<\/a>, la premi\u00e8re plateforme suisse pour l&#8217;\u00e9tude des arts visuels, de l&#8217;architecture et du patrimoine dans la r\u00e9gion MENA, et de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe \u00e9ditoriale de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bop.unibe.ch\/manazir\">Manazir Journal<\/a>&nbsp;; il est \u00e9galement membre de l&#8217;association acad\u00e9mique&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/laboimaginr2.hypotheses.org\/\">Le&nbsp;Laboratoire des Imaginaires<\/a>&nbsp;ainsi que du groupe de recherche sur les Arts Visuels du Maghreb et du Moyen-Orient, 19e-21e si\u00e8cle (<a href=\"https:\/\/arvimm.hypotheses.org\/\">ARVIMM<\/a>). Il travaille actuellement avec la professeure Silvia Naef \u00e0 un projet de recherche sur les dons faits par les pays de la r\u00e9gion MENA aux organisations internationales pr\u00e9sentes \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve, soutenu par la Fondation Boninchi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Pour une histoire de l\u2019art engag\u00e9e est une s\u00e9rie de rencontres interdisciplinaires organis\u00e9es par les \u00e9tudiant\u00b7es du d\u00e9partement d\u2019histoire de l\u2019art de l\u2019UQAM dans le but d\u2019engager activement les pratiques de l\u2019histoire de l\u2019art dans une r\u00e9flexion situ\u00e9e qui n\u2019est pas \u00e9trang\u00e8re aux sujets sociaux et politiques d\u2019actualit\u00e9.
