To streamline the online posting of your events, here is a quick reminder of the 3 prerequisites in order for us to publish your events successfully.

1. Submit your requests by filling the following form at least 5 business days before your event. This will ensure your request is published across our social media channels in a timely manner;

2. Please provide the texts in both French and English separately for the publication of your event;

3. For Instagram and Facebook (@docinterhar), please provide a 4:5 aspect ratio image (1080×1350 pixels);
